Outdoor
The spacious outdoor area of the villa is offering a fully furnished terrace with a big well equipped BBQ for the whole family, a private pool, sunloungers and outdoor shower. Furthermore there is a children's playground and trampoline in the lush garden. The outdoor area is fully fenced and protected from all around.
Living room & Kitchen
As you enter the villa on the ground floor you find an entrance hall, the laundry room and guest bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a small workspace with desk and office chair. A few small steps are leading down to the open-concept living room area with comfortable sofas and the TV corner as well as the spacious full equipped kitchen.
Bed- & Bathrooms
On the first floor there are three modern bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom is equipped with two single beds and the bathroom is offering a bathtub. The next one has a double bed and comfy double bed sofa as well as big balcony. The last bedroom offers one double bed, a small balcony and the bathroom is spoiling with a wellness shower.
